PRODUCT DETAILSIf you’ve already experienced Henckels knives, you’ll already know just what it is that sets these knives apart from other knives…
But, for anyone new to Henckels – here are the facts.
Made in Japan, Henckels’ Miyabi range is evokes the traditions of ancient Japanese sword craft for a knife that’s truly beautiful and exceptional in the kitchen. Forged from a single tang from blade to the base of the handle and finished with the traditional three-step honbazuke method, it’s a knife that performs seamlessly when chopping, dicing, mincing and slicing.
The blade, made from 100 layers of stainless steel and ice-hardened, is finished in a Damascus pattern, indicating the high quality, edge retention and corrosive resistance.
Created with the expert input of Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, the Bread Knife from the MIYABI 5000MCD series is the perfect utensil for the finest cutting work.
